The promoter is Operari Pty Ltd (ABN 39 683 896 899) of Melbourne, Victoria (Promoter). The promotion is the "V1 Hybrid Carry-on Case Giveaway" (Promotion).

The Promotion opens at 00:00 AEDT on 13 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 AEDT on 9 November 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these terms. By entering, entrants accept these terms.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible. 

The Promoter may verify eligibility and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses multiple or fake email addresses, uses automated entry methods, or otherwise breaches these terms.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, during the Promotion Period, submit a valid email address through the entry form at www.operarispace.com (Entry). Each entrant may submit one Entry, and each Entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

The Promoter is not responsible for Entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of technical failures.

There is one prize: one Operari V1 Hybrid Carry-on in the winner's choice of any available colour, valued at $595 (RRP, including GST) (Prize). The total prize pool is $595 (including GST). 

The Prize value is correct at the date these terms were prepared, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in value. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The draw will take place at 12:00 pm AEDT on 10 November 2026 in Melbourne, Victoria, by random electronic selection conducted by the Promoter. Each Entry has a random and equal chance of being drawn. Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

The winner will be notified in writing by email within 2 business days of the draw. Only the winner will be notified. The winner's name will not be published or announced to other entrants.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the Prize by 12:00 pm AEDT on 24 November 2026, the Prize will be forfeited. A redraw will then take place at 12:00 pm AEDT on 25 November 2026 at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified in writing within 2 business days.

The Promoter collects entrants' personal information (name if given, email address and, for the winner, delivery address) to run the Promotion, contact the winner and deliver the Prize.

By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from the Promoter, including product releases, previews and offers. This consent is also stated on the entry form at the point of entry. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not affect their Entry.

Personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter's service providers, such as its email platform and courier, some of which may store data outside Australia. Personal information is handled under the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://operarispace.com/pages/privacy policy, which explains how to access or correct information and how to make a complaint. The Promoter will not use entrants' information for any purpose other than those stated in these terms.

The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any written directions from a state or territory gaming authority.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion or the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoter will keep records of all Entries, the draw and the Prize distribution for at least 3 years after the Promotion ends. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
