Gift Cards are issued with no expiry date, under Victorian and Australian Consumer Law, governed by Australian Law.

Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases online only at www.operarispace.com. Gift cards are not accepted for purchases made either online or in-store resellers. Redemption is subject to availability and standard Terms & Conditions of sale.

Gift cards can be used multiple times across multiple transactions until the full value has been redeemed. If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid using an alternative payment method. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Gift cards are not refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part), reloaded, or transferred to another person unless required by law. 

No cash change will be given for purchases below the card’s balance. Any remaining balance will remain on the card until expiry and can be used for future purchases. 

Gift cards are delivered electronically via email. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or recipient to ensure the email address provided is correct and that the gift card is stored securely. Operari Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost, deleted, misplaced, or inaccessible digital gift cards once delivered. Gift cards will not be reissued or refunded if lost or accessed by an unauthorised party.

Gift cards may not be used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes (including competitions) without prior written consent from the Operari Pty Ltd.

Unauthorised duplication, tampering, or misuse of gift cards is strictly prohibited.Operari Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any card suspected of fraud or breach of these terms.

Personal information collected through gift card transactions will be handled in accordance with the Operari Pty Ltd Privacy Policy.

All gift card values are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Operari Pty Ltd may amend these terms from time to time, provided changes remain compliant with Australian Consumer Law.
