We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date if you are not completely happy with your purchase. All returned items must be unused, in the original packaging with all tags attached. We have the right to deny credit if the product shows signs of use in transit or is returned in an unsaleable condition.

 

A return label will be generated for the item(s) being sent back for a refund. All returns incur a fee of 10% of the item/s cost. This will be deducted from the final refund and be returned to your original form of payment. Be sure to include all accessories that were included with your suit case (dust bags, packing cells, essentials pod.) If these are not returned, then the retail value of the items will be deducted from your total refund.
