SUITCASES

Operari offers a limited lifetime warranty on our suitcases. The warranty covers:

• Wheels are damaged or exhibit reduced functationality
• Handles, including telescopic handles, that no longer operate as intended
• Cracks in the polycarbonate shell that relate to a manufacturing defect
• Locks or zippers that fail to perform according to their design specification.
  

The Warranty does not cover:

The extended warranty excludes issues that arise from misuse, including improper handling by airlines. Warranty does not apply to cosmetic marks – such as dents, scratches, scuffs or normal wear and tear as they do not affect the performance or usability of the case.

Accessories included with your suitcase are covered by our 12-month manufacturing warranty.

PACKING CELLS AND ACCESSORIES

Our packing cells and accessories are backed by a 12-month warranty for all manufacturing faults. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use and general wear and tear from using the products.
