HARD CASES

OUTER SHELL
Dampen a soft cloth with warm water, wring out well and wipe the entire shell in circular motions. Wipe again with a clean damp cloth and dry immediately with a microfibre cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or sponges or chemicals which can damage the surface.

INNER LINING
For small stains, spot clean using a damp cloth and mild soap and leave to air dry.

PACKING CUBES
Hand wash recommended. Use cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent. Air dry only. Ensure cubes are completely dry before storing and store in a cool dry place. Avoid using bleach as it can weaken fabric and damage coatings. Avoid direct sunlight for long periods to prevent fading.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

HARD CASES
Operari offers a limited lifetime warranty on our suitcases. The warranty covers:

  • Wheels that are damaged or exhibit reduced functionality
  • Handles, including telescopic handles, that no longer operate as intended
  • Cracks in the polycarbonate shell that relate to a manufacturing defect
  • Locks or zippers that fail to perform according to their design specification.

The Warranty does not cover:

The extended warranty excludes issues that arise from misuse, including improper handling by airlines. Warranty does not apply to cosmetic marks, such as dents, scratches, scuffs or normal wear and tear as they do not affect the performance or usability of the case.

Accessories included with your suitcase are covered by our 12-month manufacturing warranty.

PACKING CUBES AND ACCESSORIES
Our packing cubes and accessories are backed by a 12-month warranty for all manufacturing faults. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use and general wear and tear from using the products.
