PRODUCT CARE

PACKING CUBES AND SHOE BAG

Hand wash recommended. Use cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent. Air dry only. Ensure cubes are completely dry before storing and store in a cool dry place. Avoid using bleach as it can weaken fabric and damage coatings. Avoid direct sunlight for long periods to prevent fading.

ESSENTIALS POD

Dampen a soft cloth with warm water, wring out well and wipe the bag in circular motions. Wipe again with a clean damp cloth and dry immediately with a microfibre cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or sponges or chemicals which can damage the surface.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Our accessories are backed by a 12-month warranty for all manufacturing faults. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use and general wear and tear from using the products.
